Custom software & SaaS
Software shaped around how your business actually works.
Discovery through MVP and beyond: multi-tenant systems, role-based access, customer and admin portals, reporting, payments and integrations on an architecture that can grow.
Who this is for
- A business running on spreadsheets that no longer reconcile
- A team whose process does not fit any off-the-shelf product
- A founder with a product idea that needs a first real version
What you get
Everything below is stated explicitly in your scope, with anything excluded named just as clearly. Nothing here is implied and then invoiced.
- Discovery and written requirements before any code
- Architecture, data model and role design
- Multi-tenant and role-based access where the product needs it
- Customer and admin portals, reporting and dashboards
- Payments and third-party integrations, each named up front
- Deployment, documentation and a support arrangement
Quoted per scope. See how we quote.
How it runs
Discovery and goals
We start with what the business needs to happen, not with a feature list. What is the outcome, who is it for, and how will we know it worked?
Scope, proposal and milestones
A written scope with what is included, what is not, the milestone plan and the price. Nothing starts until you have that in hand.
Design and technical architecture
Interface design and the architecture underneath it — data model, roles, integrations — reviewed with you before code.
Development, QA and review
Built in milestones you can see. Every milestone is tested and reviewed with you before the next one starts.
Launch, measurement and support
Deployment, analytics, handover documentation and a support arrangement — so the project does not end the day it goes live.
Where we have done this
Meyra

Why not just buy existing software?
Often you should, and we will say so. Custom is worth it when the off-the-shelf option forces you to change how the business works, or when the per-user pricing overtakes the build cost. We work that out with you before quoting.
What happens if we outgrow the first version?
That is the point of settling the architecture, data model and roles first. A first version built properly grows; one assembled quickly gets rewritten.
Who owns the software?
You do. Source code, database and accounts transfer to you on final payment, with no licence to keep paying and no lock-in.
Tell us what you need
Describe the problem and we will come back with questions, an approach and a written scope. The scope costs you nothing.
