A local-first desktop AI system that takes a goal from research and requirements through design, code and QA, keeping project memory across sessions instead of starting from scratch every time.

Problem, scope and current status
Problem
AI work is scattered across chat, files, terminal and browser, and the same context has to be re-explained every session.
Scope
Electron desktop shell, mission execution graph, project file operations, provider abstraction across cloud and local models, permission-gated machine actions, Tamil/English/Tanglish voice architecture.
Status
Core runtime implemented and tested. Persistent desktop presence, live voice and several advanced surfaces are still in progress.

A hyperlocal discovery platform for real neighbourhood businesses — a customer app, a vendor app and an admin console that share one verified business directory.

Problem, scope and current status
Problem
Small local businesses are hard to find in any structured, trustworthy way, and most have no searchable menu, offers or digital profile.
Scope
Customer discovery with location, category and budget filters; business profiles with menus, hours, offers and reviews; vendor onboarding with document verification; admin moderation, fees and audit logs.
Status
Substantial implementation exists. Backend consolidation and several V1 functions are being finished before public release.

Tattoo studio operating system
Active build

Multi-tenant SaaS covering the whole tattoo studio lifecycle: customer history, design and placement preview, quote, booking, consent, session, aftercare, artist commission and analytics.

Problem, scope and current status
Problem
Studios run on Pinterest, Photoshop, WhatsApp and paper forms, so customer, design, consent and payment records never live in one place — and customers cannot see placement or size before the session.
Scope
Tenant isolation and RBAC, customer passport CRM, design library, placement and sizing in cm/in, virtual preview, appointments and walk-in queue, deposits, digital consent, aftercare schedules, staff attendance and commission.
Status
Two master specifications merged into one product line (formerly InkFlow). Production foundation in progress; full module completion not yet verified.

A mobile-first product storytelling website for a natural and organic beauty brand, built to convert search and social visitors into WhatsApp enquiries rather than force early e-commerce. Client named on request.

Problem, scope and current status
Problem
The brand existed only on social media, and unverified ingredient or benefit copy carries real trust and compliance risk.
Scope
Home, products index, product detail pages, about and contact; structured product data; per-product WhatsApp CTAs; JSON-LD, sitemap and robots; image optimisation; a build check that refuses to publish an incomplete product page.
Status
Implementation complete. Public launch waits on verified product photography, approved label facts and DNS.

The company's own lead-generation and credibility platform, designed to grow into a secure customer, freelancer and admin portal without giving up SEO or conversion.

Problem, scope and current status
Problem
A studio that builds software for other people has to prove it can build and operate its own — publicly, and without exaggerated claims.
Scope
Public marketing site, service and pricing architecture, enquiry capture with source attribution, portfolio with honest project stages, and a roadmap to authenticated customer and admin areas.
Status
Live at mucolabs.com, with server-side lead capture running. The authenticated customer and admin portal is the next phase.

Public-source research, deduplication, need and evidence identification, service mapping, personalised outreach drafts, and a delivered report per run.
Status
Live and running inside MUCO LABS on a recurring schedule. Not sold as a product yet.
