Meyra, Ooruva and InkNexis are our own builds, running against our own requirements. Every hard lesson from them — multi-tenancy, permissions, offline behaviour, honest status reporting — goes into client work.
About
A founder-led software studio in Erode.
MUCO LABS builds websites, mobile apps, custom software and AI automation for businesses across Tamil Nadu. We are small on purpose: it is the only way to keep direct accountability between the person who promises something and the person who builds it.
The studio runs on its own products as much as on client work. Across 19 recorded projects there are 1 client engagement, 2 running in production, 3 active builds, 10 written specifications and 3 concepts kept deliberately unbuilt. That mix is deliberate — the internal builds are where we make our mistakes, and the client work is where the lessons get applied.
We do not have an office full of stock photography, a wall of client logos or a page of five-star testimonials, because we have not earned those yet. What we have is written specifications, working code and a portfolio labelled honestly enough that you can check it yourself.

How we operate
Six commitments, and what each one costs us
You talk to the person building it
There is no account manager relaying your requirements to someone you never meet. The person who answers your message is the person responsible for the technical work.
Written scope before code
Every project starts with what is included, what is not, the milestones and the price. Ambiguity in a scope always becomes an argument later.
Honest status, always
If a milestone is going to slip, you hear it from us before you notice it. Our own portfolio is labelled the same way — specifications are not called products.
You own everything
On final payment the code, the design and the accounts are yours. No proprietary builder, no licence you have to keep renewing, no hostage hosting.
Rooted in Erode
We work in person across Erode, Pallipalayam, Namakkal, Coimbatore, Tiruppur and Karur, and remotely beyond. Local businesses get a team they can actually meet.
