- A current website, a spreadsheet you run on, screenshots, a competitor you like.

- Even a rough range. It changes what we propose, and it stops us wasting your time.

Do I have to pay for the first conversation?
No. The first conversation, the questions that follow and the written scope are free. You only pay once you accept the scope and we start work.
What if I do not know what I need yet?
That is normal and it is fine. Describe the problem in plain words — what is slow, what gets lost, what you are doing by hand. Working out the right solution is part of the job, not something you have to arrive with.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, in Erode and around Erode, Pallipalayam, Namakkal, Coimbatore. Everywhere else we work over calls and shared documents, which for most projects is faster anyway.
Will I be handed to someone else after I sign?
No. Srinivash Mahalingam replies to the enquiry, writes the scope and builds the work. There is no account manager in between.
